"I received these plates for my birthday about three or four years ago. I asked for another four this year and they are just as beautiful! The only thing different is the plate has a higher rim than the older ones. Not a big problem, but stacking them in the cupboard is a bit different."

I received the plates in a timely manner but, one of them had a flaw in the outer black ring, so I emailed Caskata's customer service, including a picture of the flawed plate. Before I even had a chance to open their responding email, they'd sent a replacement plate, no problem. Service was excellent, customer service was excellent and the plates are beautiful, my daughter will love them. I will be buying her more pieces of the set from Caskata for her next birthday!"
