Our policy:
If you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange unused, undamaged merchandise in the original packaging, within 30 days.
Please take care to package your return carefully; we recommend using the original packing material to ensure a safe return. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Returns are subject to a handling fee which covers the return cost of shipping. Exchanges are available at no additional fee.
Sale items are final sale and are not returnable.
We are unable to accept returns from purchases made with our resellers (Neiman Marcus/Macy's/Independent Boutiques/etc.) Please contact the retailer directly.

Damages:
We make fragile products and accidents happen... if your items are damaged during shipment, please send pictures of the carton and product within 7 days of delivery to customerservice@caskata.com. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
