Shipping Information

If for any reason you need to adjust your shipping address after checkout, please contact customerservice@caskata.com within 1 hour. For requests after that time, charges may apply.

We ship primarily heavy, fragile items, in eco-friendly packaging, doing our best to avoid the use of plastics and other environmentally damaging materials. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please snap a picture for us, email it to customerservice@caskata.com and we will make sure to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Apologies in advance for any breakage, as we realize that can be a huge disappointment!

Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the merchandise and the destination. Your exact shipping will be calculated for your address upon checkout. We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx. Orders shipped to AK, PR, and HI are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. 

Express Shipping Rates
We offer express shipping throughout the continental United States via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on the total weight of the merchandise and the destination. We do our best to ship express orders placed by 10:00 AM EST by the next business day. Contact customer service as soon as possible if you require your order to ship the same business day. We will do our very best.

Standard Delivery Times

**Due to our recent restock, we've received a large influx of orders. Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Thank you for your patience.


For shipments within the continental U.S., please allow 4 to 10 business days for standard shipping and two business days for express shipping. Please note that these approximate times are for in stock items. Contact Customer Service customerservice@caskata.com to check if an item is in stock.

International Deliveries
Caskata can ship anywhere in the world. Orders outside the US cannot be placed online. If you would like to place an International order please contact Customer Service at customerservice@caskata.com and we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.  Please note that our shipping quotes do not include any applicable duties, valued added taxes, or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery.
