Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped.

For shipments within the continental U.S., please allow 4 to 10 business days for standard shipping and two business days for express shipping. Please note that these approximate times are for in stock items. Contact Customer Service customerservice@caskata.com to check if an item is in stock.

Care cards with instructions are sent with all of our pieces with the following information.

Our porcelain pieces are all microwave and dishwasher safe. For pieces with gold or platinum decoration we recommend hand-washing and they should not be used in the microwave.

Our bone china pieces are dishwasher-safe, however, like anything containing precious metal, they should not be used in the microwave.

Our glassware is lead-free crystal, and we recommend hand washing. 

Our kitchen towels and napkins are 100% cotton or 100% Italian linen, machine washable, please do not bleach. Tumble dry and smooth with your hand to remove most wrinkles.
