There's a real 3rd generation family behind Goyon-Chazeau, a small forge in the city of Thiers, France. Thiers is known as the cutlery capital of France, and these artists are recognized as some of the best in the region. 

Forged in the best steels, their knives and flatware collections go through more than 40 manufacturing steps. The knives we offer here feature a single forged piece hammered into shape without any welding, then shaped, sharpened and embellished by hand to create the perfect knife. The flatware sets offer the finest materials, elaborated with meticulous detail.
