Each board is made from reclaimed European timbers, accented with contrasting timber, and coated in a 100% plant-based, food-safe wax finish. They're intended for serving only- please don't cut or chop on them! To protect and preserve these pieces we recommend using a piece of parchment paper, a plate or a bowl for wet or hot ingredients.

To prevent stains, wipe the surface clean with hot soapy water immediately after using and then dry with a clean dish towel. Please don't submerge your board in water, and avoid harsh cleansers. Brightly colored foods such as berries may stain the lighter areas.
