About the Peppercorns:

• Pepper Mill Mix: This unique blend of peppercorns from all over the world creates a dynamic mix of peppery flavors perfect for everyday cooking. Ingredients: black pepper, voatsiperifery wild pepper, Indian green pepper, Kampot pepper (white and red), red long pepper.

• Sri Lankan Black Peppercorns: The piquant heat of this classic black peppercorn grown in Sri Lanka shows up wonderfully in sauces, vegetables, meat and fish.

• Madagascar White Peppercorns: This white pepper from Madagascar is soaked and peeled, leaving just the creamy white seed, giving it a mild heat and clean flavor perfect for French cooking. Lovely in a delicate cream sauce or paired with fresh herbs like tarragon and thyme.

• Kampot Red Peppercorns: Not to be confused with the more commonly available pink "pepper" - which is almost always the berry of an entirely different plant - this striking red peppercorn is grown only in a southern microclimate and is protected by a Geographical Indication of Origin designation in Cambodia.
