About the Spices:

• Aegean Salt: Named for the Aegean Sea, home to the island of Chios, where mastic has been harvested since antiquity. This base of Cypriot salt is flavored with the piney scent of mastic resin, thyme and lemon peel. It's perfect with fish, roasted vegetables, dips and dressings or even a Bloody Mary.
