About the Spices:
Fleur Spice: Award winning Fleur Spice is inspired by the scent of spring, when the earth thaws and a peppery, plant and blossom fragrance fills the air. Beautiful sprinkled on goat cheese or used a rub for meat and fish, this blend can also be added to simple desserts like strawberries and yogurt or ice cream. Ingredients: hibiscus, pink pepper, anise, fennel, rose petals, coriander, spearmint, cardamom, lavender, ylang ylang.
Aegean Salt: Named for the Aegean Sea, home to the island of Chios, where mastic has been harvested since antiquity. This base of Cypriot salt is flavored with the piney scent of mastic resin, thyme and lemon peel. It's perfect with fish, roasted vegetables, dips and dressings or even a Bloody Mary. Ingredients: Cyprus sea salt, mastic, lemon peel, thyme.
